Stuart, FL
  • Assisted with comprehensive land use amendment submittal for 30-acre parcel with Single Family and Commercial sites
  • Prepared construction plans for on-site paving, grading, drainage, stormwater management, potable water and sanitary sewer improvements with gravity collection system with lift station and force main tie-ins
  • Permits & approvals obtained through FDOT, FDEP and SFWMD (Environmental Resources and Dewatering)

Water Quality Monitoring

Martin County, FL
  • Analysis, design and implementation of Stormwater Quality Retrofit Water Quality Treatment Monitoring to comply with FDEP and SFWMD Grant requirements
  • Design and installation of Water Quality Sampling Stations for obtaining flow weighted composite sampling
  • Field sampling and documentation in compliance with the “Department of Environmental Protection Standard Operating Procedures for Field Activities” DEP-SOP-001/01
  • Coordination with testing laboratories that are National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) certified by the Florida Department of Health (FL-DOH) for all of the analytical methods required for surface water monitoring sample testing

Savannas State Park Trail/Canoe Launch

St. Lucie & Martin Counties, FL
  • Provided construction engineering and inspection services for new pedestrian trail, education center, 9-foot wide boardwalk, observation deck over wetlands and canoe/kayak launch floating dock for the Savannas State Park
  • Sampling and testing of component materials
  • Verify stormwater control and monitor flow patterns to verify the control devices contain turbidity within the site
