Port St. Lucie, FL

• The City of Port St. Lucie Community Redevelopment Area’s (CRA) flagship project which included a mixed-use development featuring, 95 single family residences, 407 multi-family units, and 79,000 square feet of office/ retail commercial development

• Assisted the City’s Finance Department in preparing Bond Reports for the Special Assessment District (SAD) and the Community Development District (CDD)

• On-Street Parking, Stormwater Management, Sidewalks, Internal Roadways, Water & Sewer Improvements, Street Lighting, Box Culverts, Lift Stations, and Park Improvements

• Design, permitting, bidding assistance, and CEI services

• Included wetlands creation and the Woodstork Trail, a Greenway/Blueway linear park

• Constructed during the period that the Treasure Coast experienced 3 Hurricanes

Carter Park

Indiantown, FL

• 40-lot Habitat for Humanity residential subdivision and integrated outparcel for a future Boys & Girls Club located within the Indiantown CRA area

• Design, permitting, platting assistance, and grant assistance
